7th Annual BBQ Cookoff At The Beach

Are you ready for the 7th Annual BBQ Cookoff At The Beach?

Here is your chance to show off your skills of the best-tasting BBQ with the opportunity to win Big Cash money!

Come out and enjoy an afternoon of fun in the sun at Town Hill in Colonial Beach to taste the most amazing BBQ recipes.

This event is open to the public to have the opportunity taste test all the BBQ teams amazing receipes their speciality sides and vote for their favorite BBQ team. 

 

Upon entry we will be accepting donations as you enter the event to help further our cause to support our local veterans and first responders.

Cook Entry Fee is $100.00 per category.
If a BBQ participant decides to enter both categories, they will be required to pay a total of $200.00.
2 Categories : Ribs (no country ribs allowed)

Pork: can include butt, shoulder or picnic.
BBQ cooks will be allowed on site 24 hours prior to the actual event to prepare their specialty.

 

All guidelines and rules will be provided for cooks when signing up.
All cooks must be registered and paid by September 3, 2026.

PRIZE MONEY HAS INCREASED!

  • 1st place: $2,000.00 for each category.

  • 2nd place: $1000.00 for each category

  • 3rd place: $500.00 for each category

  • People’s choice award: $500.00

Doors open to the public at 12:00 p.m.
BBQ Cooks only: Judging starts: 9:00 a.m. (This portion of the event is not open to the public)


Winners announced: 3:30 p.m.
DJ Wildman will be on site to play your favorite tunes.
Moon bounce for the kids
